Cristal clear light yellow color with a very open clear mineral scent. The wine is razor sharp and elegant with pear stone and melon. Silex has a good warmth in the finish and it's all together very harmonic. It's more a chablis in disquise than a classic sauvignon blanc. Silex advantage is the razor sharp appearance but I miss some more comlexity. The wine screams for some food (92)
